As I encourage you to be more courageous, I’ll share with you something from the best selling book of all times, the bible. Through his word, God has given us his promise that we can be courageous because we will never be put to shame or be disgraced. whether; young, old or because of things lost, we should be confident in marching forward
“Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood. (Issiah 54:4)
As courage is about being bold and confident. Know that God has got your back in this area and you can fully own the platform as you run your race.
I love the story of Daniel in the Lions Den. The faith he held that no harm would come to him. That he would live. I often think, that if I was Daniel in that Den, I’d be freaking out!
There are times, when life feels like we are in a Lions Den of our own, it feels like we are going to be eaten alive by the stress of it, never mind the actual challenge that faces us.
However even in the darkest of moments, I believe its not about the lion but how we handle ourselves in the den
Whatever challenges you face right now, I want to encourage you, and tell you that you can survive it. You can come out alive. And by alive, I mean that no matter the outcome you live to fight another day.
Your strongest weapon is faith. It’s the belief that your situation will not overtake you, it’s the belief things will end in your favour
